International learning, sustainability, and certification success came together in September as Ecoprise celebrated important milestones in Lithuania and across its European certification activities.
From 7–10 September, an international study visit in Vilnius, Lithuania, brought together 38 participants from six countries involved in the Erasmus+ project Ecoprise – Future Oriented Social Entrepreneurship through Ecovillage Design.
Hosted by the Lithuanian project partner MB Žaliasis Judėjimas, the programme combined knowledge exchange with practical insights into sustainability and social entrepreneurship.
Participants joined expert-led discussions on social entrepreneurship and environmental advocacy, visited Lithuanian ecovillages, a recycling centre, and local social enterprises, while also benefiting from extensive networking opportunities.
Alongside these successful mobility activities, the project achieved significant progress in its certification programme.
During 2026, two rounds of certification examinations were completed, covering four theoretical online modules and one practical module.
In total, 436 participants attended the course and pursued certification, resulting in more than 1,800 online examinations being processed, including retakes.
These achievements highlight both the strong interest in the programme and its growing impact on developing sustainability-related competencies across Europe.
